charming stay near pine street!

the room was spacious and clean. it included a desk, perfect for using my laptop. the staff were accommodating with my late checkout request. plus, its proximity to pine street was AMAZING!!! with a lot of dining choices.
the hotel didn't provide bottled water in the room, so i had to use the water machine in the lobby.

the front desk staff was very friendly, particularly during check-in. they helped with almost everything i needed and resolved issues quickly. their great service.

the lobby had a coffee machine available. it also offered a microwave for guest use. i found this very helpful for heating up leftovers.
my room felt quite cramped for four people. the floor also had noticeable stains, suggesting it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

mixed feelings due to noise
great locationsound isolation
the location is acceptable it is a 20 min walk from a major square
i could not sleep one night the noise from outside was unbearable trucks sirens and people were everywhere there is almost no sound isolation i could hear everyone in the corridor and other rooms
